Hello guys! Today I´m going to tell you something about the book Refugee. I´m telling you how I liked it and why you should check it out and read it!

First, I am going to talk about the cover. On the cover you can see a child on a safety boat on the sea and it´s raining. I like the cover that´s one point why I chose the book. And the summary describes who the main characters are.

Now about the book. It has 338 pages. After I realized how many pages it had I was like why I am doing that to myself? But it was for school 😊 Anyways I started to read the book and it got me. In class I didn´t pay attention to the lesson, because I just wanted to read the book, because it´s good. And I have to say it´s the second English book that I have ever read. I actually finished reading the book within two weeks. I´m not the one who really reads and likes books, but a book like that one, I could read anytime. And the ending was I can´t even explain in words. You really must read it!

Now I will tell you a little bit about the plot.

The book Refugee is about 3 children in different timelines. First, we have a boy named Josef who is Jewish. After his father had been taken by the Nazis his mother decided to leave Germany with him. Second, we have a girl Named Isabel who is from Cuba in 1994. At that time the people did not have enough food and they couldn´t leave Cuba, because everyone who tried to escape was imprisoned.

And last, we have a boy named Mahmoud who is a Syrian boy in 2015. Back in 2015 there was a war and his family decided to leave Syria and started to go to Europe.

That´s enough, I won´t say anything more.
