Heaven Official's Blessing

The author of Heaven Official’s Blessing also called Tian Guan Ci Fu, is a Chinese woman who releases her books under the pseudonym of Mo Xiang Tong Xiu.

After I’ve read another book from her which I quiet liked, I looked for other works written by her and discovered Heaven Official’s Blessing and it quickly became one of my all-time favorites.

It is a series consisting of 8 volumes, 2 of which have already been translated and released in English.

The book is about Xie Lian who was born as the crown prince of the prosperous Xianle Kingdom and ascended to godhood because of his good deeds and his dedicated martial arts study but was cast down from heaven due to him breaking heaven’s rules. After living like a mortal for more than 800 years he ascended for the third time and accidently caused a golden palace to collapse and a bell to fall on a Heaven Official, therefore he ventures to Yu Jun Mountain to capture the Ghost Groom and repay his debt. Afterwards he meets a mysterious young man named San Lang who claims to have run away from home and to not have a place to stay.

I recommend this book to you. You should really read this book as it not only has an amazing world building and a lot of characters you will surely come to love, but also many unbelievable plot twists, heartbreaking revelations, exciting fight scenes and a heartwarming love story.
